I encourage my clients to do their online searches as well as work with a buyer’s broker. Not only is it free, but we simply make your life easier by doing all of the scheduling, organizing, meetings, phone calls, emails, follow-ups, photos, notes, board packages, and everything else you don’t have time for. The buying process only begins when you find ‘the one.’ Do you really have time to take on the rest of the process by yourself? When working with a broker will also probably learn something new about the neighborhood, enjoy your shopping experience more, and even make a new friend. It’s like having someone being your real estate eyes and ears 24 hours a day.
And Remember: the listing broker represents the seller than their interests. Not yours. A buyer’s broker has a fiduciary responsibility to make sure you get the perfect house, for the best price, without making mistakes, and without overpaying. Simplify your life!
